If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, we will send you a paid return label and deduct $10 shipping fee from your store credit or you may ship the item yourself to the address below.

Need to return something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions.  While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Rockin Bettie is a small company and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you'll find at big box stores. Cancellations must be made within 4 hours and the order cannot have been processed for shipping.

Return Policies


Timeline for returns:

  • You may return your order for any reason within 2 weeks for store credit or exchange only..For all orders You will be eligible for an exchange only if the product is mailed within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. And must be in original condition.  If the return was sent after 14 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused.
  • In store purchases are exchanges only with in 14 days of purchase
  • We do not do returns for refund because of the costs we incur in every order. You are only permitted to exchange an order once, we do not accept exchanges on exchange orders. Please ask for help with sizing if you’re having trouble. 

What can't be returned:

  • Items described as "Final Sale" or “sale” or a discount code was used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, and all footwear returns must be sent back in their original packaging and without shipping labels affixed to them.
  • Petticoats, Lingerie, Shapewear, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Toiletries, are all not returnable.
  • Swimwear is returnable, however it must include the original liner and show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the liner in place.
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged or wrong items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
  • If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
  • PRE ORDER ITEMS- we do not refund preorder items unless ship date passes 2 weeks. As your item is produced as ordered. 

    Return shipping charges information:

    • Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
    • Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
    • Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $10 ground or $32 for International.

    2. In your return please include your name and order number , information for exchange.

    * Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.


    3. Once your item is received and your return is processed your exchange will be shipped out to you with 7-10 days or you will automatically be sent store credit.

     

    Also note, online purchases may be returned at our physical store. Please make sure to contact the Boutique in advance to ensure the item is in stock and for further details about their exchange policy.


    Timeline for exchanges:

    • You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to get the item in the mail and return the item to our store in Las Vegas, NV  (the item must arrive back here within 20 days to qualify). If the return arrives after 20 days from the date the order was originally received by you, the customer, it will be refused. Once you receive the exchanged item, the same rules apply if you need to return or exchange it (so if you need to return the exchanged item, you will have the usual 10 days from date of that delivery to qualify for a return.
    • If an item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 days of receiving the damaged item.


    What can be exchanged:

    • Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to the contiguous USA.
    • Exchanges are allowed for size and/or color only. Simply include the size and/or color you require when you contact customer service asking to authorize an exchange.
    • If your requested size and/or color is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund or store credit based on our posted return policy.

    Absolutely fabulous

    This dress is so fabulous and gorgeous. I have been trying to talk myself out of buying the Ermina shoes from Hot Chocolate designs, but this dress matched them SO PERFECTLY. I honestly had to ask if they were a collaboration. If you buy this dress, also go buy those shoes😂 I'm just waiting for any little reason to wear this

    The fabric is great quality and it's well made. Just be prepared for a lot of tulle. It was a bit too much so I cut out panels and worked great.

    We love our his and hers teal Atomic Nights outfits!

    We both received many, many compliments and were certainly the cutest and most adorable couple of the evening last weekend. My dress is comfortable and twirls beautifully while swing dancing. His shirt is so soft, I couldn’t keep my hands off him! We love the look so much, we also purchased the black Atomic Nights matching set.

    Absolutely love this dress. I’ve been eyeing this for awhile and decided to splurge on myself and it’s well worth it. The quality is nicer than anything in my closet, however there was a few stitched areas that looked pulled apart or stretched especially the front neckline. Kind of bummed about that considering price but only I will notice though. Very fluffy!! So flattering and beautiful color
